As reported, the first 6 state-registered mediation organizations in Baku and Absheron district have been admitted to the Mediation Council.

According to the e-huquq.az, from January 5, it is necessary to apply to mediation organizations, not to the Mediation Council, to appoint a mediator for these territorial units.

From tomorrow, citizens can apply to the following mediation organizations to conduct the initial compulsory mediation and other mediation processes related to mediation in an expeditious manner and in accordance with the law:
